Intron special measuring and testing laboratory covers a total 200 square meters. We have complete testing devices and strong technical forces. In order to ensure quality, our company is equipped with various kinds of machine, including tensile testing machine, impact test, hardness tester, metallurgical microscopy, digital measuring projector, salt-reek spraying tester, coat thickness measuring tester, high and low temperature tester and other physical and chemical equipment. We have 8 sets of image screening equipment, through automatic sorting equipment to detect the thread, size, and appearance of the state, improve the detection rate of defective products, prevent the outflow of defective products. Our company has passed the IATF16949 quality management system certification.
